VIMAB does not process sensitive personal data based on a balancing of interests and does not carry out any processing that constitutes profiling based on a balancing of interests.

8. Profiling

8.1 In some cases, we may use profiling if you have given your express consent or if it is necessary to fulfill an agreement, for example when evaluating and improving our services.

9. How long do we store data about you?

9.1 Your personal data is only saved as long as there is a need to save it to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 9.2 VIMAB saves information about customers for a maximum of 24 months after the customer last made a purchase or otherwise interacted with VIMAB.

10. To whom do we disclose information?

VIMAB has the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. VIMAB will notify you with reasonable notice of changes to the Privacy Policy. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data concerning you in a structured format and in some cases to have the data transferred to another personal data controller.

However, this right only covers data that you yourself have provided to VIMAB and that we process with the support of consent or contractual obligation towards you as a legal basis.
