Work environment policy

We are work environment certified according to ISO 45001. The company's overarching goal is to create a good work environment for all employees where risks of ill health in both physical and psychological terms must be prevented. Among other things, by:

  • Carry out systematic work environment work in consultation with employee representatives as a natural part of the daily work.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively work to identify and remedy any work environment risks.
  • Work environment work must be characterized by continuous improvements.
  • As an employee, independence is given in the work with assigned responsibility and authority.
  • Each employee shows personal responsibility for good health and the working environment.
  • Given the conditions to understand their role and importance within the company and to influence their work situation.
